How often do I need to meditate?

The more you practice the better you get at meditation and the easier it becomes to switch to a 'meditative state'.  Try to meditate as often as possible so that your body can get used to it.  Make sure you feel comfortable before you start.  An uncomfortable position could result into inability to relax.  Just 5-10 minutes of meditation per day can really improve your life.  Through experimenting you will find the best times to meditate.
